The purpose and intent of this title is to promote the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the inhabitants of Ogden Valley City in subdivision of land and related matters. This title outlines the procedures for processing subdivisions and their approvals. This title also intends to preserve agricultural operations, irrigation infrastructure, rural character, and property rights while allowing reasonable subdivision of land.
