Pathways shall be designated for non-motorized use only except as used for law enforcement officers and other authorized personnel in the course of their duties. There are two general categories of pathways:
A valley-wide pathway network as shown in the Ogden Valley pathways master plan, referred to subsequently as the master pathways map. Pathways to connect individual neighborhoods or subdivisions to the network.
