In addition to the requirements as set forth in this chapter, all uses shall be established and constructed in compliance with all existing state and local statutes, ordinances, codes and regulations, including the rules and regulations of the Weber Morgan Health Department and/or state department of health, local City and state law enforcement agencies and fire department.
