Agritourism lodging accommodations, including farm stays, cabins, tents, guest rooms, campsites, RV sites, or similar overnight accommodations offered for compensation for periods of less than 30 consecutive days, shall be considered transient accommodations/tourist home uses and are subject to all applicable transient room taxes, sales taxes, licensing, and operational requirements under state and local law.
