The Planning Director may approve minor amendments to conditional use permits administratively where the change: 1 Does not increase density
2 Does not substantially increase traffic
3 Does not expand building area more than 25% 4 Does not change the nature of the use
5 Does not create new off-site impacts Minor amendments shall not require a public hearing. Major amendments shall follow the original approval process.
