Agricultural buildings used solely in conjunction with agriculture use as defined in Utah Code § 15A-1202, are exempt from the building code requirements per Utah Code: §15A-1-204(11)(a) , except plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits may be required when that work is included in the structure.
