A record of survey for an exempt subdivision submitted to the County shall meet the minimum requirements of UCA 17-23-17 in addition to the following:
1. a title stating “Record of Survey for [the specific exempted subdivision]”; and a. (i.e., Minor Lot Subdivision, Agricultural Land Exemption, etc.)
2. signature blocks for: a. surveyor’s certificate; and b. administrative land use authority’s certificate.
