Zoning 1-10 GENERAL: Definitions

This Ordinance shall be interpreted using the definitions provided in the State of Utah County Land Use, Development, and Management Act (UCA 17-27a) and any other ordinance adopted by the Board of Piute County Commissioners except for, in addition to, or as modified by the following: BUILDING OFFICIAL. The officer or other designated authority, or duly authorized representative, charged with the administration and enforcement of building codes and standards, for Piute County, State of Utah. COUNTY. Unless otherwise indicated, Piute County, State of Utah. COUNTY ATTORNEY. The Piute County Attorney appointed by the Board of Piute County Commissioners, State of Utah to 1) prosecute individuals who commit any State public offense and County criminal offense within Piute County, and act as civil legal representation and offer legal advice on behalf of the County and its officials.
