Except as otherwise found herein, or as required by State Law, notice of required public hearings shall be provided at least ten days prior to the meeting by;
1. Utah Public Notice Website; and 2. Posted on the City web site; and 3. Sending notice to affected entities; and 4. Mailing of notice to current property owners within 300 feet for any part of the proposed subdivision and placement of signs provided by the City on the property and/or at locations as determined by the city which would offer the best chance for public observation.
