Construction of any required subdivision improvements, including infrastructure and facilities, necessary to meet the requirements of this Ordinance, and any conditions required by the City Council for final subdivision approval, shall comply with the City Development Standards and Specifications and be under the direction of the City Engineer or designee as required herein.
