“Home occupation” means an activity use conducted within a dwelling which is clearly incidental, secondary and compatible to the residential use of the building. A home occupation is an accessory use so located and constructed that a person, under normal
circumstances, would not be aware of its existence. (Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-16(part))
