“lot” means a parcel of land occupied or to be occupied by a building or group of buildings, together with such yards, open spaces, lot width and lot area as are required by this title, having frontage upon a street or upon a right-of-way approved by the board of adjustment. Except for group dwellings and guest houses, not more than one dwelling structure shall occupy any one lot. (Ord. 8717.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-1-6(part))
