“Nonconforming building or structure” means a building or structure or portion thereof, lawfully existing at the time the ordinance codified in this title became effective, which does not conform to all the height, area and yard regulations herein prescribed in the
zone in which it is located. (Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-1-6(part))
