Mean a facility providing temporary occupancy, generally less than six (6) months, or daily services for individuals in need of rehabilitation, treatment, or counseling services, for which the State of Utah does not require a license nor a contact. Such facilities may commonly be called sap, wellness centers, alternative health clinics and the like. (Ord.2001-7, 4/10/01)
