The minimum lot area shall not be less than five acres for all uses permitted in this chapter, except for dwellings, schools, churches, libraries, museums, public utility and public service uses and sanitariums or hospitals, or for the keeping of animals and fowl for family food production or recreation, may be located on a lot of not less than two acres.
