The minimum side yard for any dwelling shall be ten feet and the total width of the two required side yards shall be not less than twenty-four feet. The minimum side yard for accessory buildings at least ten feet in the rear of the main building may have a minimum side yard of five feet provided that no other accessory building shall be located closer than ten feet to any building on an adjacent lot.
