The following may be permitted only when authorized by a conditional use permit issued by the city: A. Church, synagogue or similar permanent building used for regular religious worship; B. School, training center or similar building used primarily for educating or training; C. Fire station; D. Health or medical treatment center; E. Public utility maintenance center; F. Public recreation facilities such as ball grounds, tennis courts, swimming pools, posse practice areas and rodeo grounds owned and operated by municipal, county, state or federal entities.
