The minimum depth of the front yard for main buildings and for private garages which have a minimum side yard of ten feet shall be thirty feet, or the average of the existing buildings where fifty percent or more of the frontage is developed, but in no case less than twenty feet. All accessory buildings other than private garages shall be located at least ten feet in the rear of the main building. (Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-7-5)
