In residential zone R-5, no building or structure or land shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for other than one or more of the following uses: A. Single-family dwellings; B. Household pets; C. Home occupations; D. Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to the above are limited to three hundred square feet (300sq.ft.) or not covering more than 25% of the rear yard, whichever is smaller.
