A. This chapter shall be known and may be referred to as “the Pleasant View City Mobile Home Park
Ordinance”. B. The purpose of this chapter is to provide regulations for the construction and operation of mobile home
parks and the use of mobile homes in the city in order to promote, protect and secure the public health, safety and general welfare. (Ord.2010-6, dated 3/9/10; prior codes: Ord.87-17.03 (part), 1987 and §34-8A-1-1)
