The procedures prescribed by the Uniform Building Code as adapted by the city as an amended from time to time, insofar as applicable and appropriate, are applicable to and shall be followed in applying for permits for the construction, alteration, enlargement, improvement, etc., of mobile home parks except as specifically otherwise provided. Compliance with the code shall be as determined by the building inspector. (Ord.2010-6, dated 3/9/10; prior codes: Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987 and §34-8A-1-7)
