Upon receipt of a complete filing for approval to establish or enlarge a mobile home park, the city planning commission shall make the necessary investigations, review and inspection of the application, plot plans, site and proposed facilities to determined whether the establishment or enlargement of the park will meet the requirements of this chapter and any other applicable ordinance or law.
