Upon notification of site plan approval by the city's planning commission and provided that the proposal satisfied all other city ordinances and provisions, the building inspector may issue a permit. The permit shall expire and be of no effect three years after the date of its issuance. An approved mobile home park site plan may be amended by the planning commission, upon request of the applicant, in accordance with the procedure as provided in this chapter.
