18.24.350 Access Occupant's Duty

It shall be the duty of every occupant of the mobile home park to give the owner thereof or his agent or employees access to any part of such mobile home park or its premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this chapter and regulations issued under this chapter or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
