Minimum site size for mobile home parks shall be ten acres, twentyfive mobile home lots completed and ready for occupancy before the first occupancy is permitted, within one year of initial approval. Average park density shall not exceed seven mobile home units per acre. (Ord.20106, dated 3/9/10; prior codes: Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987 and §34 8A-7-4)
