Where mobile home parks are submitted for approval which, although not complying with the requirements of design as stated in this chapter, are consistent with the general intent and purpose of this chapter, after review and recommendation by the planning commission, the city council may, at its discretion, approve such parks with conditions and restrictions which will insure that the general purpose herein set forth will be satisfied: A. Park design utilizing cluster-type groupings of mobile home lots or other modified designs may be approved under the provisions of this section. (Ord.2010-6, dated 3/9/10)
