Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Pleasant View code is at https://www.pleasantviewut.gov/213/Municipal-Code. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Pleasant View planning before you rely on it.
The developer shall be required to provide a surety or cash bond in an amount determined by the city engineer guaranteeing the completion of the development of the recreational areas, open space, landscaping, street and road improvements, curb and gutters, walks, utilities and all other on-site and off-site improvements as herein before specified, or a phase thereof. When completed in accordance with the approved plan, the bond shall be released.
