In all C-1 or C-2 zones, only the uses enumerated within this chapter are allowed. Uses not clearly specified but substantially similar or customarily accessory to a listed use or category may be administratively allowed as determined by the community development coordinator. Appeals of such determinations shall be made to the Board of Adjustments within thirty days from the decision. (Ord.2000-28, 12/12/00)
