For all permitted and conditional uses, detailed site, grading,
drainage, landscape and utility plans are required. A checklist of requirements for the site plan shall be maintained by the city but the general intent is that any plan submitted shall be sufficiently detailed so that all issues pertaining to the development of the site can be clearly understood. Such plans shall be to scale. (Ord.2000-28, 12/12/00)
