In any zone, a sign, masonry wall, landscaping and other similar materials or features may be combined to form a display for neighborhood or tract identification. Such signs shall be specifically approved as part of development or subdivision approval; or as a Special Exception by the Planning Commission. (Ord.2009-6, dated 5/12/09)
