The following site development standards apply in the E-1 zone: A. Minimum lot area, forty thousand square feet; B. Minimum lot width, one hundred fifty feet; C. Minimum yard setbacks: 1. One hundred feet from any public street, 2. Fifty feet from any property line, 3. Gravel crushers shall be located not closer than six hundred feet from any residential or agricultural zone boundary.
