Pleasant View zoning code

18.42.100 Height Allowance-Additional

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Pleasant View code is at https://www.pleasantviewut.gov/213/Municipal-Code. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Pleasant View planning before you rely on it.
Public, semipublic or public service buildings or hotels, when authorized in a zone, may be erected to a height not exceeding seventy-five feet if the building is set back from each other established building line at least one foot for each additional foot of building height above the normal height limit required for the zone in which the building is erected. (Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-14-9)
