Pleasant View zoning code

18.42.140 Clear View of Intersecting Streets

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Pleasant View code is at https://www.pleasantviewut.gov/213/Municipal-Code. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Pleasant View planning before you rely on it.
In all zones which require a front yard, no obstruction to view in excess of two feet in height shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within a triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points fifteen feet from the intersection of the street lines. The city council shall have the authority to suspend or modify the requirements of this section upon an application by a citizen affected thereby. The application shall be filed with the city council in writing and shall set forth in the application the reasons why this section should be suspended or modified.
