All buildings shall meet the following guidelines: A. The maximum building height for buildings shall be three stories or 36 feet. B. The minimum building height shall be fourteen feet from the average elevation of the corners
at finished grade, to the highest point on the roof. C. The minimum building height for accessory buildings shall be twelve feet. (Ord. 2010-15,
