A. This area is intended to provide a full range of office, restaurant, retail commercial and service
uses which are oriented to serve the City as a whole. B. The area is intended to provide for specific uses in a planned commercial setting which will be
compatible and complimentary with adjacent uses including nearby residential neighborhoods and will promote a high level of architectural and landscaping excellence.
