1. Relationships to surrounding uses shall be considered in respect to the scale and
massing of the proposed uses. 2. Visual variety and high quality materials with compatible color schemes are required.
The quality of building materials and colors are intended to enhance the Gateway. All materials selected must be of superior quality, in keeping with the intent of these requirements.
