As depicted in the City General Plan, Mixed Use East Area is designated to promote a mix of commercial and residential uses along 2700 North from approximately 900 West to the east city boundary and including 2550 North. The mix should consist of office, retail, restaurant, and housing developed in a coordinated, complimentary fashion with significant public spaces and amenities. (Ord. 2010-15, dated 5/25/10)
