Pleasant View zoning code

18.46.030 Gasoline Pump Location

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Pleasant View code is at https://www.pleasantviewut.gov/213/Municipal-Code. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Pleasant View planning before you rely on it.
Gasoline pumps shall be set back not less than eighteen feet from any street line to which the pump island is vertical and twelve feet from any street line to which the pump island is parallel, and not less than ten feet from a residential or agricultural zone boundary line. If the pump island is set at an angle on the property, it shall be so located that automobiles stopped for service will not extend over the property line.
