The members shall be appointed for a period of three years and are subject to removal with or without cause by the city council at any time. The terms of two members shall expire each year except on one of the time periods, the terms of one Committee member plus both alternates shall expire. All terms expire on January 1 in the applicable year. (Ord. 2007-9, 6/26/07)
