A. All communications facilities shall be processed as Conditional Uses along with
Site Plan Review per Chapter 18.54. B. Except for staff approval of site and construction plans for new equipment, colocation does not require additional approval from the city beyond appropriate lease arrangements with the property owner and communication facility owner, but notification of all such planned actions must be provided to the city.
