Parking areas and access shall meet requirements of this code. Strategies for walkable commercial development shall be implemented where appropriate. All access and street placements shall be subject to the UDOT Cooperative Agreement, and be in compliance with the Pleasant View Access Study and the City’s Master Street Plan.
