A. Width. Minimum lot width shall be as established with development approval.
Each lot or parcel must front on or have legal access to a public or private street. B. The following area requirements shall apply: 1. Minimum Project Area: The minimum area of any Project shall be one acre. 2. Minimum Lot Area: Minimum lot area shall be as established with development approval. C. Prior Created Lots: Nonconforming lots or parcels of land which legally existed
