It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an Adult/Sex Oriented Facility or Business without first obtaining a business license from the Town. Said licenses shall be issued in accordance with Randolph Town Ordinance R93-1 July 1993, or its successor ordinance, after conditional use approval has been granted, and under the time limits therein provided.
