1. Assisted and residential living centers which meet the conditions set forth in Chapter 21. The conditional use permit may impose permissible conditions as deemed appropriate and mitigate adverse impact.
2. Independent living centers which meet the conditions set forth in Chapter 22. The conditional use permit may impose permissible conditions as deemed appropriate and mitigate adverse impact. And provided further that they include CC&R’s which limit residents to senior citizens.
