1. The maximum height of any building or structure, measured from the ground to the
square of the building, shall be limited to 60 feet. 2. The minimum setbacks for structures eighty (80) square feet or larger shall be twenty
(20) feet in the front and rear yards, ten (10) feet on a side yard, and twenty (20) feet on a corner side yard. Structures smaller than eighty (80) square feet, such as equipment racks, junction boxes, transformers, etc., do not have a setback requirement.
