This title shall be known as the Sanpete County Subdivision Ordinance and may be identified within this document as “this chapter”, or the “subdivision ordinance”. The Sanpete County Board of County Commissioners adopts this title pursuant to the County Land Use Development and Management Act, §17-27a, of Utah State Code (as amended) for the purposes set forth therein.
