1. The conditional use permit application, shall include where applicable but not limited to: a. Proof of land ownership; b. Site and vicinity plan; c. Written narrative including: i. Type of use proposed; ii. Days and times of operation; iii. Square footage of the building(s) proposed; iv. Square footage used by the conditional use; v. Expected hardship on surrounding uses;
vi. Number of users or employees; d. Other information the Land Use Authority deems necessary to fulfill the purpose of this
title may be requested prior to approval. 2. The applicant shall pay the appropriate application fee outlined in the County’s fee schedule before
the land use authority may review the application.
