1. A RVP shall not be occupied or operated without first obtaining an annual business license. 2. Said annual license shall be issued only after inspection and certification by the Central Utah Public
Health Department, Department of Building Inspection, and approval of the Sanpete County Board of County Commissioners. 3. Said license shall be refused or revoked upon failure of the owner or operator to maintain the RVP in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Central Utah Public Health Department and the Sanpete County Code.
