1. City Office Trailers may be permitted on a city-owned site, provided they comply with the standards in this Section.
2. City Office Trailers shall: a. Be located outside of any required landscaping area; b. Comply with all setbacks of the applicable zoning district; c. Comply with the accessibility regulations in Chapter 19.09 and, as determined by the City Building official, the International Building Code; d. Connect to an approved electrical power source; i. Generators shall not be used due to noise levels and the proximity to residences. e. Have no more than one wall sign, not to exceed six square feet. The sign may be approved with a site plan application and does not need a separate application.
