19.17.02 Petition for change
Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build.
The official Saratoga Springs code is at https://www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/202/Land-Development-Code.

The city's use tables are images in its PDFs, so they appear nearly empty here. Check the official code for any use table.
Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code.
Confirm anything here with Saratoga Springs planning before you rely on it.
Any developer or property owner wishing to develop property may request a change in this Title or the zoning map by submitting a petition to the Planning Director explaining the request and the reasons therefore. A petition is subject to the legislative discretion of the City Council. The petition may be accompanied by an amendment petition fee in an amount determined by resolution of the City Council. Petitions for changes to the City’s Zoning Map for all land use zones may be accompanied by an application for Concept Plan Review or Master Development Agreement approval pursuant to Chapter 19.13 of this Code. The rezoning of specific property is not required to happen concurrently with Concept Plan Review and may occur at a later stage as part of a development agreement approval pursuant to the legislative authority of the City Council in Utah Code § 10-20-101(1) and (2).
